Salary Circa £35-40,000 + 20% bonus, pension, car and other benefits
Our client is a leading premium drinks business supplying superb brands to both the off-trade and on-trade in the UK. To facilitate further growth, we require an exceptional Business Development Manager to manage key On-Trade accounts in London and the Southeast whilst developing new business in the territory.
Candidates will demonstrate strong exposure to selling Drinks brands and will be an established BDE/BDM or KAM currently. You will currently negotiate directly with buying teams, manage P+L, influence customer marketing and provide a strong understanding of account management and business development.
Your personal skills will include tenacity, energy and entrepreneurialism together with a broad commercial understanding. Educated to degree level, you will live the ‘On Trade scene’ with a real passion for premium drinks. In addition, you will have high level of drive for success and a true ‘spark’ to achieve exceptional results.

Key Criteria points:
– Strong exposure to working with Drinks brands in the On Trade sector, ideally within a leading branded drinks company
– Passion, dynamism, energy and drive for the premium drinks culture
– Ability to work in collaboration with a prominent national brand owner & distributor
– Demonstrable evidence of strong negotiation, commercial, ambassadorial, organisational and planning skills.
