Are you an established bar expert with a strong passion and energy for the world and culture of rum? We are seeking out the very best bar trade candidates for a tremendous Brand Ambassador opportunity leading an iconic rum brand across the premium On Trade in London.

This opportunity will play a leading role in the consumer experience, trade advocacy and brand growth in London. Your main responsibilities as Brand Ambassador:

1. Street Culture Leader – This rum brand has the goal to become an icon of UK street culture. You will work with the brand team to build the culture strategy, and lead grassroots activation across street culture music, fashion, and trends – building up a network across the UK.
2. Education: You will manage the drinks strategy, education (internally and externally) and advocacy across all channels and events. You will act as a company spokesperson on drinks and be responsible for creating trailblazing content and globally recognised initiatives on drink strategies and seeding brands
3. Networking: You will have the ability to build strong cross-functional, influential, advocacy networks based on our target consumer and trade influencers, whilst keeping an on-going network with the next generation of bartenders per brand.
4. Category Specialist: You will be a specialist Brand Ambassador in the Rum category driving advocacy and engagement, helping to deliver the growth of the brands through specific brand KPI’s across Commercial and Marketing. You will be instrumental to the development of your brands and work in alignment with the brand strategies driving growth and brand equity.

 

Requirements

A strong background in the On Trade bar culture, ideally with strong rum knowledge

An established network in the London On-Trade

Passion, energy and dynamism for delivering exceptional consumer and customer experiences

A confident and friendly persona to engage with customers and work internally across marketing and commercial functions.

A good commercial understanding

Be in tune with current cultural trends including street culture, music etc…

Educated to degree level
