Salary £25-35,000 + bonus, pension, car and package (commensurate)
Our client is an exciting and vibrant drinks company supplying a fantastic range of premium spirits brands to both the off-trade and on-trade in the UK. In order to facilitate further growth in the On-Trade, we require a Business Development Executive to drive sales, consumer engagement and activation of the superb brand range in premium On Trade accounts in London.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong exposure to working with high-end drinks brands, either from a Bar background (General Manager, Mixologist etc…) or a Sales/Ambassadorial background. You will demonstrate a good understanding of premium brand sales together with a passion and network in the London On-Trade arena. In addition, you will have good commercial exposure, negotiation skills and good customer development skills. Educated to degree level, you will have a high level of drive for success and a true ‘spark’ to achieve exceptional results and progress your career.
Key Criteria points:
– Strong exposure to working with Spirits brands and/or premium drinks brands
– A background in bar management and mixology
– Good knowledge of the London On-Trade sector
– Ability to engage with customers together with a real passion for the premium spirits market
– Demonstrable evidence of strong negotiation, commercial, organisational and planning skills
– Educated to degree level, WSET Spirits qualification is desirable
