National Account Manager- On Trade- Premium Drinks

Salary £50-60,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare and other benefits

Our client is a vibrant premium drinks business supplying renowned brands to both the off-trade and on-trade in the UK. To facilitate further growth, we require an exceptional National Account Manager to manage high profile national accounts in the On Trade sector. You will develop business and relationships directly whilst working closely with the national distribution partner in delivering superb customer service and experiences.

Candidates will demonstrate strong exposure to selling Drinks brands and will be an established NAM currently. You will currently negotiate directly with buying teams, manage P+L, influence customer marketing and provide a strong understanding of account management and business development.

Your personal skills will include tenacity, energy and entrepreneurialism together with a broad commercial understanding. Educated to degree level, you will understand the ‘On Trade scene’ with a real passion for delivering excellent service to your accounts. In addition, you will have high level of dynamism, a drive for success and a true ‘spark’ to achieve exceptional results.

Key Criteria points:

– Strong exposure to working with Drinks brands in the On Trade sector, ideally within a leading branded drinks company

– Passion, dynamism, energy and drive for the premium drinks culture

– Ability to work in collaboration with a prominent national brand owner & distributor
– Demonstrable evidence of strong negotiation, P&L management, commercial, ambassadorial, organisational and planning skills.
