Head of Sales (OOH) UK & Europe- Premium Drinks

As part of our client’s dynamic growth plan across all channels, we require an established Head of Sales to further develop success in the premium Out of Home channel, both in the UK and in Europe. This channel incorporates high end hotels, restaurants, bars and event venues. Leading an exceptional team, you will develop and deliver the strategic plan, build and nurture relationships with distributors and work directly with key accounts to develop strategic partnerships.

In addition, you will play an integral role in devising and delivering the annual trade and marketing plans together with identifying new accounts and partnerships with regional distributors. This role will suit candidates currently working in or having strong experience of premium drinks brands, preferably in the OOH sector but also working in specialist retail or high end On Trade.

Essential skills & competencies

• Strong commercial approach with excellent strategic ability.
• Excellent new business track record and proven team leadership credentials.
• Strong negotiating and relationship building skills.
• Exposure to working with hospitality stakeholders and international accounts/distributors.
• Strong exposure to premium and luxury brands and customers.
• A passion for food and beverage and an affinity for premium beverages.
