Our client is a super-premium spirits business with an enviable portfolio of unique and eclectic brands, through exceptional marketing and commercial development this business continues to grow at a rapid pace across key International markets.
As part of the strategic plan and continual pursuit of excellence, we require a Head of Marketing to drive the success and equity of these exceptional brands in Northern Europe, USA and key parts of Asia. This role leads & manages consumer brand marketing strategies for a unique range of brands.
Candidates will demonstrate strong classic marketing skills (e.g. BTL, TTL, Digital, Comms) together with a high level of gravitas to drive the brand strategy, planning, creativity and implementation forward.
Knowledge and exposure to luxury/premium drinks brand marketing will be a distinct advantage, particularly direct spirits experience. Candidates will also demonstrate a good knowledge of International marketing and have an ability to work both at a strategic level and the hands-on market level.
This role requires high levels of energy, passion, collaboration skills, commercial acumen and innovation ability to maximise opportunities for both the company and the brands. This role would suit seasoned SBMs or Marketing Managers with proven exposure to P&L management, agency management, a high level of creative and strategic ability, led teams and had strong exposure to working alongside senior management in your career.
