Experiential Marketing Manager- South- Premium Drinks

Salary £45-55,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension and other benefits

This client is a market-leading Spirits with an enviable portfolio of globally successful brands. A key focus of this business is providing customers and consumers with best-in-class brand experiences and events. A pivotal role in this process is the role of an Experiential Marketing Manager and we require a superb experiential professional to lead the activity, consumer experience, and success in the South of England.

 

The primary purpose is to lead and implement best-in-class Experiential activity across the South of the UK focusing on meaningful consumer relationships with the client’s priority brands, led by the brand strategy. Strategically develop the progression of integrated and innovative disruptive programmes for brands driving consumer awareness and experiences.

With a strong background in experiential marketing, event management, events, and marketing generally, you will drive experiential activity across music, sport, celebrity, and other events and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver key touchpoints (digital, PR, experiential, advocacy, commercial) with all activation and events maximising brand influence and experience within the brand guidelines
  • Work with Brand Homes to activate and leverage with consumer and trade experiences
  • Nominate and appoint the appropriate resources (internal or external) to deliver effective activity to meet the requirement of the brief.
  • Manage key partner relationships
  • Ensure ROI is delivered for each activity we deliver (Brand and Company) where clear objectives are set out at the start of the project
  • Ensure new technology is utilised and implemented where appropriate through activity
  • Deliver key touchpoints (digital, PR, experiential, advocacy, commercial) with all activation and events maximising brand influence and experience within the brand guidelines
  • Nominate and appoint the appropriate resources (internal or external) to deliver effective activity to meet the requirement of the brief.
  • Day to day budget management, ensuring marketing spend is in line with targets
  • Manages agencies to ensure projects are optimised

 

Skills Required

  • Strong exposure in Experiential marketing, event management and/or brand marketing capacity
  • A proactive and creative approach to delivering exceptional experiential experiences with a consumer-centric focus
  • Strong project management skills
  • A people person with a passion for culture and events
  • A strong influencer and collaborator
  • Graduate calibre
