This is a truly exceptional opportunity for professionals working in either sales, trade, or customer marketing at present. We require a Customer Marketing professional to lead, drive and manage the channel strategy for the On-trade sector for an initial 12-month interim period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team delivering the customer marketing strategy and experiential activity with both large and small customers in the On Trade sectors. This position is a pivotal role in the Experiential team and as such has direct influence and interaction with relevant leadership teams, as such candidates will need to demonstrate a good level of gravitas and commercial awareness together with a strong ability to generate exceptional strategies.

Strong Customer/Trade/Commercial marketing exposure from the drinks or FMCG markets, ideally with On Trade exposure
Demonstrable team management and people development skills
Excellent negotiation, presentation and commercial skills
Passion, energy and drive for premium brands and consumer engagement
Good gravitas, creativity and strategic ability
Degree educated or equivalent.
