Our client is a global leader in the premium and luxury drinks market.  With an enviable portfolio of category leading brands this business continues to grow at a rapid pace across International markets. As part of the strategic development of an exclusive spirits brand we require an exceptional Global Marketing Manager. This role involves leading the direction of a fast-growing global spirits brand which sits firmly in the super premium spirits space.


The successful candidate will lead, shape and create the premium/luxury brand strategy for leading markets both directly and through a talented team of reports.


Candidates will demonstrate strong classic marketing skills (ATL, BTL, TTL, budgetary control etc..) together with a high level of gravitas and tenacity to drive the luxury brand strategy and implementation forward. Knowledge of luxury/premium brand marketing is essential for this role. Candidates will also demonstrate a good knowledge of International markets and have an ability to work both at a strategic level and at the more hands on local market level.


This role requires high levels of energy, passion, drive, commercial acumen and innovation skills to maximise opportunities for both the company and the brand. You will be a seasoned Marketing Manager at present and will have managed P+L, agency relationships, creative design, special edition range design, innovation and teams of people in your career.


Key Criteria points:

  • Strong exposure to working with leading Drinks/FMCG brands in European markets
  • Strong affinity and knowledge of premium/luxury brands
  • Excellent commercial, classic marketing and team management skills
  • Leadership skills and high levels of gravitas and communication skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • High levels of passion and drive
