National Account Executive- RTM

Are you currently working in the On Trade, dealing with Brewers, Wholesale or Retail accounts? Are you looking to join a progressive and rapidly growing drinks organisation?

We are now recruiting a new National Account Executive to manage prominent regional Route to Market accounts whilst supporting the National Account Controller on National RTM accounts. This is a fantastic stepping stone opportunity into National Accounts for KAM, NAE or BDM level candidates, the role is expected to progressively take on larger responsibility for supporting on National Accounts as the successful candidate develops.

Successful applicants will currently negotiate directly with buying teams, control their P+L, influence and motivate their account contacts whilst driving sales and marketing activity on a local level by providing a strong understanding of account management and sales development.

Your personal skills will include tenacity, energy and entrepreneurialism together with a broad commercial understanding of sales practices. You will have high level of drive for success and a true ‘spark’ to achieve exceptional results. In addition a keen passion for dynamic, premium drinks brands is a must.

Key Criteria points:
- Strong exposure to working with Drinks brands.
- Strong skills in sales and account management in branded Drinks.
- Good knowledge of the on-trade sector, ideally in RTM but this is not critical
- Demonstrable evidence of strong negotiation, commercial and planning skills.
